Ludovico Sforza's Pageant
Il progetto ha lo scopo di trasformare lo spazio intorno al Naviglio di Pavia in un'area di relax.
Ho progettato la realizzazione di una coppia di statue di epoca rinascimentale, collocate lungo le sponde, che si avvicinano al Castello Visconteo.
Questo lavoro è quindi un tributo alla grande figura di Ludovico Sforza, Duca di Milano, profondamente legato alla storia pavese.
le scutlure, in resina sintetica, incrnano i personaggi della corte sforzesca e saranno collocate su un piedistallo, mentre Ludovico a cavallo, realizzato in pietra, si ergerà su un supporto rettangolare.
The project lays in the will to transform the space around the Naviglio in Pavia into an area where to stop and relax.
I have planned the realization of paired Renaissance-era statues placed along both side-banks of the canal, approaching the section nearby the Visconti castle. I aim to pay tribute to a high figure of the past, Ludovico Sforza, Duke of Milan, strictly linked to the history of Pavia.
All statues, made of synthetic resin, representing knights with the Sforza family's coat of arm, will stand on a circular pedestal, while in the middle of the canal a more prominent stone monument dedicated to Ludovico Sforza on horseback will stand out on a rectangular plinth.
